Yes, we do offer shipping, We are not liable for any issues that may arise during the shipping process. Customs might charge you a fee depending on your country.

How long will it take?
The production time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping time. The timeline starts once payment has been received.
How should I care for my piece?
To maintain your piece in the best condition, try to keep it dry. If it becomes dirty, gently wipe it with a damp cloth. Avoid stretching the piece and be cautious with any dangling elements.
How can I make a payment?
Currently, we only accept payments via bank transfer. For pieces with national or international shipping, full payment is required to commence work. For pieces with local delivery, 50% of the initial payment must be sent upfront, with the remaining 50% paid before the piece is collected.

El tiempo de producción es de aproximadamente 3 a 4 semanas, más el tiempo de envío. El conteo comienza una vez que recibimos el pago.

Para mantener tu pieza en el mejor estado, tratá de que no se moje. Si se ensucia, pasale suavemente un paño húmedo. No la estires y tené cuidado con cualquier parte que cuelgue.
¿Cómo puedo pagar?
Actualmente, solo estamos recibiendo pagos mediante transferencia bancaria. Para comenzar el trabajo en piezas con envío nacional o internacional, es necesario realizar el pago completo. En el caso de envíos locales, se requiere abonar el 50% del pago inicial, mientras que el otro 50% se paga antes de retirar la pieza.
